Come explore a mindful, meditative class created to ease tension in the mind and body and build strength. This is a community, open-level vinyasa flow. All levels encouraged. We will use a bolster or pillow that can fold over for this class.
What began as an outdoor community class in Van Cortlandt Park this past summer has moved indoors; however, we’ll schedule accordingly and get outside as soon as possible! Please check weekly.
